Clause 1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and tdd77 ("the Company", "tdd77", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tdd77 online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile-optimised pages, games, betting markets, account services, promotions, and any other features offered under the tdd77 brand (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering a tdd77 account, by logging in to an existing account, by depositing funds, or by using any part of the Platform, you conclusively confirm your acceptance of these Terms. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that they satisfy all eligibility requirements set out herein.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with tdd77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and tdd77.

Clause 2Eligibility Requirements

To use the tdd77 Platform, you must satisfy and continue to satisfy the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. tdd77 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, log in, deposit, play, or otherwise use the Platform. We actively enforce age verification and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under duress or legal incapacity at the time of registration or any subsequent use of the Platform.
3. Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the tdd77 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations. tdd77 does not provide legal advice and accepts no liability for any User who accesses the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted.
4. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion arrangement with tdd77 or any other gaming platform. If you are currently self-excluded, you must not attempt to circumvent that exclusion by registering a new account.
5. Single Account: You may hold only one tdd77 account. Registration of a second account by the same individual is a material breach of these Terms.

Clause 3Account Registration and Security

3.1 When registering a tdd77 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are prohibited from registering using false, misleading, or another person's identity details. tdd77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration or subsequently.

3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tdd77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs). You must not share your credentials with any third party. tdd77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.3 You must notify tdd77 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Notification should be made through tdd77 customer support.

3.4 tdd77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, identity misrepresentation, breach of these Terms, or any other activity that may be harmful to the Platform or other Users.

3.5 KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before the first withdrawal from any tdd77 account. Users must submit a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) for identity verification. tdd77 processes KYC documents in compliance with its data protection obligations.

Clause 4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 tdd77 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfers to supported banks including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah, and USDT cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. All deposits are fee-free on tdd77's end; any fees charged by your payment provider are your own responsibility.

4.2 Funds deposited into your tdd77 account are held for gaming purposes only. tdd77 does not pay interest on account balances.

4.3 Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Once verified, withdrawal requests via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers are processed within 1 to 3 business days. tdd77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in a longer processing time.

4.4 tdd77 reserves the right to cancel any withdrawal request pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach, any balance attributable to fraudulent activity or bonus abuse may be forfeited.

4.5 You must ensure that your payment details provided to tdd77 are accurate and belong to an account held in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.

Clause 5Betting, Gaming, and Wagering Rules

5.1 All bets and wagers placed on tdd77 are final once confirmed. tdd77 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or void a confirmed bet except in circumstances outlined in these Terms or tdd77's specific game or sports-betting rules.

5.2 tdd77 publishes specific rules for each game category — including cricket betting, slots, live casino, basketball, fishing games, and all other offerings. These game-specific rules complement and are subject to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific rules expressly state otherwise.

5.3 tdd77 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed error, or pricing error that resulted in manifestly incorrect odds or game outcomes. In such cases, affected stakes will be refunded.

5.4 RNG (Random Number Generator) games, including slots and virtual table games, use independently certified random number generation systems. Outcomes are governed purely by mathematical probability and cannot be influenced by external factors.

5.5 In-play betting markets are subject to additional volatility and time sensitivity. tdd77 may suspend or close in-play markets at any time without notice where market integrity is in question.

Clause 6Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 tdd77 may offer various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

6.2 Bonuses may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of those funds.

6.3 tdd77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. tdd77 also reserves the right to clawback bonus funds where it determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting game mechanics with low-risk wagering patterns specifically designed to meet bonus terms, or providing false information at registration to obtain a bonus.

6.4 Players must be in compliance with all applicable Terms at the time of claiming a bonus. tdd77 may decline to award bonuses to accounts under review or investigation.

Clause 7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tdd77 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account on tdd77 in your own name or using different identities.
• Providing false or misleading registration information, including but not limited to name, date of birth, or payment details.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the tdd77 Platform in a manner not authorised by tdd77.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of corrupt conduct in relation to any sporting event or casino game available on tdd77.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the tdd77 Platform.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards tdd77 staff or other users.
• Exploiting software errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be recovered by tdd77.

Clause 8Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the tdd77 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, game designs, logos, text, data, and the tdd77 brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of tdd77 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tdd77 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works based on tdd77 content.

8.3 Any unauthorised use of tdd77's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

Clause 9Limitation of Liability

9.1 The tdd77 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tdd77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any of its content.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tdd77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of revenue — even if tdd77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 tdd77's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits tdd77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Clause 10Privacy and Data Protection

tdd77 processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the tdd77 Platform, you acknowledge that tdd77 will collect, process, and store your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes identity data, payment data, gaming history, device information, and communication records. tdd77 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

Clause 11Responsible Gaming

11.1 tdd77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Clause 12Termination and Account Closure

12.1 You may close your tdd77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance (excluding voided bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method following a final verification check.

12.2 tdd77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it determines that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements.

12.3 Upon closure of an account by tdd77 for cause, any outstanding bonus balances and winnings attributable to prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Genuine deposited funds not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the registered payment method.

Clause 13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the terms of tdd77's operating licence. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that they are accessing the Platform voluntarily and are responsible for compliance with their local laws.

13.2 In the event of any dispute between you and tdd77 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, you should first contact tdd77 customer support to seek an informal resolution. tdd77 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any complaint promptly and fairly.

13.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration procedures. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Clause 14Amendments to These Terms

tdd77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, tdd77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting an update notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the tdd77 Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
